SENIOR AIRMAN ADAM ARMSTRONG

Senior Airman Adam Armstrong is in his first season with the F-16 Viper Demonstration Team. As a Dedicated Crew Chief his responsibilities include the maintenance team's four F-16s, and the launch and recovery of aircraft.

Senior Airman Armstrong enlisted in the Air Force in 2013 and was previously stationed at the 20th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron on Shaw Air Force Base before his selection to the team, where he served as a Dedicated Crew Chief. He is a graduate of Maplewood High School in Guys Mills, Pa. SrA Armstrong is pursuing an Associate's degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology through the Community College of the Air Force.

SrA Armstrong enlisted in the Air Force in 2013. His assignments include:
1. January 2014 – July 2014, Student, 362nd Training Squadron, Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas
2. July 2014 – July 2015, Assistant Dedicated Crew Chief, 8th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea
3. July 2015 – December 2016, Dedicated Crew Chief, 20th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina
4. December 2016 – Present, Dedicated Crew Chief, F-16 Viper Demonstration Team, Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina
