Shaw launches peer support program
A peer to peer tab is awarded to Airmen after completing the Peer Support Program foundational course at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Dec. 8, 2022. Peer supporters are trained to identify colleagues in distress and assist in connecting them to an appropriate resource in an effort to foster help-seeking behaviors in the workplace.
