To help smooth your transition into your new home here at Shaw AFB, the 20th Medical Group asks each newly enrolled dependent beneficiary to complete a medical assessment form. These forms are reviewed by your Primary Care Manager so that they may address your current and preventative health care needs. Additionally, all active duty members are required to in-process through
