U.S. Air Force Col. Jeffrey Brown, U.S. Air Forces Central Chief of Staff, retires at the Carolina Skies Club and Conference Center, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Sept. 27, 2012. Brown earned his commission through Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp after graduating from Southeast Missouri State University. 10/2/2012 - SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- U.S. Air Force Col. Jeffrey Brown, U.S. Air Forces Central chief of ctaff, retired at the Carolina Skies Club and Conference Center, here Sept. 27. Brown earned his commission through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp at Southeast Missouri State University. He graduated with a degree in Psychology.
