10/30/2012 - SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- The 20th Civil Engineer Squadron recognized some its top performers as the best in Air Combat Command.
Tech. Sgt. Brian Ailstock, Dorm Manager of the Year, Gary Hallmark, Community Planner of the Year, and Joseph Sublet, Professional Engineer of the Year, were rewarded for their outstanding work throughout the past year here at Shaw.
Ailstock, military dorm leader, fulfilled a master sergeant position, overseeing the demolition of two old dormitories and reassigning all the residents from those buildings. He also completed his Community College of the Air Force associates degree in pharmacy technology.
Hallmark, community planner, was recognized for his hard work on the Installation Complex Management Action Plan.
Sublet, engineer, directed and designed a $200 million project which consisted of the completion of Third Army/U.S. Army Central Patton Hall, standard military construction programs, sustainment, and the restoration and modernization program for Shaw.
