Team Shaw lifts for fallen hero
SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. --
Airmen, Soldiers, and dependents came together to celebrate the life of a comrade who recently died in Afghanistan by working out in his honor at a local gym in Sumter, S.C., April 27.
A workout named "The Mano," was held to commemorate the life of Capt. James "Mano" Steel, 77th Fighter Squadron pilot, who died as a result of an F-16 Fighting Falcon accident in Afghanistan.
