Patient Integration Program
The 20th Medical Group is seeking a few highly-motivated patients who are interested in promoting patient-centered care by sharing their insight and experience through their Patient Integration Program.
Complete all of your TRICARE needs by contacting Humana at 800-444-5445. You may also utilize many services available on-line by clicking the banner below. If you are newly assigned to Shaw AFB do not hesitate to contact Humana to enroll to the 20th Medical Group.

About the MTF
The 20th Medical Group provides ambulatory medical and dental services to the 20th Fighter Wing, Headquarters 9th Air Force, U.S. Air Forces Central, Army Central Command, Shaw associate units and thousands of military retirees in the area. The Shaw clinic is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care.
Training Day Closures:
The 20th Medical Group, including the satellite pharmacy, will close either a half-day of training or full day of training depending on the month. On half-day training days, the clinic is closed from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
For medical emergencies, call 911 or seek care at the nearest emergency room. For non-emergencies, call (803) 895-CARE for options to facilitate medical needs via a 20th MDG primary care manager or flight surgeon on-call or access to TRICARE network Urgent Care facilities. Flight Medicine will conduct return to flying status/DNIF from 7:30-8 a.m.
