Airmen learn leadership skills via sporting events

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Team Shaw's chief master sergeants and first sergeants recently participated in a dodge ball and volleyball game against Airmen currently attending Airmen Leadership School here.

The games were played to challenge Airmen to use team work skills and increase morale.

ALS is a five-week course designed to turn Airmen into supervisors that focuses on leadership and leadership duties.
