Tech. Sgt. Kam Glowack is in his second season with the F-16 Viper Demonstration Team. As the Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge, his responsibilities include supervising the maintenance of the team's four F-16s, individual training, augmenting the team chief's responsibilities, assisting in managing the team budget and organizing all aircraft logistics, lodging, and travel arrangements throughout the world.

Tech. Sgt. Glowacki enlisted in the Air Force in 2009 and has previously been stationed at Osan Air Base, Shaw Air Force Base, Aviano Air Base, and Kunsan Air Base before his selection to the team. He is a graduate of Streamwood High School in Streamwood, Illinois. Tech. Sgt. Glowacki has earned an Associate's degree in Aircraft Maintenance Technology through the Community College of the Air Force.

Tech. Sgt. Glowacki enlisted in the Air Force in 2009. His assignments include:
1. July 2009 – December 2009, Student, 362nd Training Squadron, Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas
2. January 2010 – February 2011, Assistant Dedicated Crew Chief, 51st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea
3. February 2011 – June 2013, Inspection Section Technician, 31st Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Aviano Air Force Base, Italy
4. June 2013 – November 2015, Dedicated Crew Chief, 20th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina
5. November 2015 – December 2016, Senior Weapons Systems Coordinator, 8th Maintenance Group, Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea
6. December 2016 – Present, Non-Commisioned Officer In charge, F-16 Viper Demonstration Team, Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina
