SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. --
Volunteers from Team Shaw help during the 2013, bottom, and 2016, top, annual Beautify Wateree clean-ups at Wateree Recreation Area, near Camden, S.C. The events have saved more than $120,000 in labor, allowing the 20th Force Support Squadron to use the money for new amenities to improve morale on base and at Wateree.
The Wateree Recreation Area offers service members, retirees and their families a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate with activities such as camping, fishing and boating throughout the year.
