SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Team Shaw members participate in the annual Freedom Bash celebration at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., in 2015 and 2016. The 20th Force Support Squadron hosted the event to bring Airmen together to celebrate the Fourth of July.

The Freedom Bash incorporates events commonly associated with Independence Day such as grilling and swimming in celebration of the freedoms protected by the U.S. Air Force and its sister services.

The 2017 Freedom Bash is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 30 at the Woodland Pool and will feature the Pam King Band as well as free food and games.
