Lt. Col. Rick Moxley, U.S. Air Forces Central division chief, retired June 7 here.  His wife and three children, along with several other family and friends, welcomed him back to the civilian sector. Although Moxley is retired, his uniform will still be worn every day since he received a job offer to be the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps instructor for Sumter High School.
