SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- U.S. Air Force Airmen from Shaw Air Force Base and volunteers from the local community helped build the traveling Vietnam Wall memorial at Swan Lake in Sumter, May 23, 2013. The traveling memorial wall is a three-fifths scale replica of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, D.C. The wall stands as a reminder of the great sacrifices made during the Vietnam War.
