Shaw NCOs attend First Sergeant Symposium

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Team Shaw NCOs gathered at the Education Center for a first sergeants symposium March 4-7. The symposium was for NCOs who were interested in becoming a first sergeant or is currently assigned first sergeant tasks as an additional duty. While at the symposium, the attendees learned the duties associated with the job and got advice from many first sergeants in the diamond council.
