Lt. Col. Paul Dupuis retires

U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Paul Dupuis, U.S. Air Forces Central deputy chief of plans and requirements, receives his certificate of retirement after more than 20 years of service here on March 8. 
Dupuis enlisted in the summer of 1988 when he joined as a pararescuemen. In 1995, Dupuis crossed over to the ranks of a commissioned officer through Boston University's Reserve Officer Training Corps Program.
