SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. --  U.S. Air Force Col. Clay Hall, 20th Fighter Wing commander, speaks to Airmen and civilians at Shaw during a town hall style meeting here Feb., 28.  During the meeting, Hall spoke about local impacts of sequestration, military contracting at Shaw, renovations in the single Airmen dorms and other upcoming projects for modernization at Shaw.
