SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. --  Chief Master Sgt. Mark Pechman, AFCENT postal chief enlisted manager, retired after 28 years of service, Dec. 12, 2012, here.

His retirement ceremony was held at Carolina Skies Club and Conference Center where his family, co-workers, and friends gave him a standing ovation for his dedication and hard work he did while in the military.
