SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Chief Master Sgt. James Wilkerson, 20th Fighter Wing command chief, met with Airmen at the base theater here, Nov. 9 to conduct an enlisted call.

Wilkerson conducted two separate enlisted calls during the day to optimize attendance as he conveyed the senior enlisted perspective of the 20th FW Commander's message and intent.

Wilkerson kept Airmen engaged as he shared a few stories and directly answered questions from those in attendance.
