Town hall meeting brings together Shaw residents

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. --  Recently Forest City hosted a town hall meeting which offered famlies residing in the Shaw base housing community the opportunity to raise questions, concerns, solutions, and meet fellow neighbors.

Col. Lance Kildron, 20th Fighter Wing vice commander, opened the meeting with a few remarks.

Kildron, a resident of Shaw's military housing community expressed his excitment about the completion of the new houses and the benefits of town hall meetings.

The last town hall was held Oct. 30 at the Base Community Center, where phasing was the biggest point in question, according to Forest City personnel.

Kildron and Forest City leaders are open to any questions or feedback as they are united in their efforts to provide the best quality of life for all members of Team Shaw residing within Team Shaw neighborhoods explained Kildron.
