SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. --  U.S. Air Force Col. Jeffrey Brown, U.S. Air Forces Central chief of ctaff, retired at the Carolina Skies Club and Conference Center, here Sept. 27. Brown earned his commission through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp at Southeast Missouri State University. He graduated with a degree in Psychology.
