Marie Stanley, the children's program coordinator for the base library, reads "Clifford at the Circus" and "The Circus Ship" to children of service members at the Shaw library, Aug. 29, 2012. The children then pretended to walk on a tightrope and created paper lion puppets. The McElveen Library holds the program every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 to 2 p.m. Next week, Terra Zeigler, a children's book author, is scheduled to read two of her works to the children: "Grumplestone and the Magic Forest," and "Jungle Chimps Gone Bezurk."
