SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Maj. Gen Lawrence Wells and his wife Kathy Wells recently visited Oakland Primary School in Sumter, S.C., to read to students. Wells and his wife spent time with the kindergarten students reading and discussing lessons from each book.
