Shaw Christmas tree lighting brightens holiday season

SHAW AIR FORCE BASW, S.C. --  Several members of Team Shaw gathered at Memorial Lake to celebrate Shaw's annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, Nov. 30. The ceremony is held each year to signify the beginning of Christmas holiday activities. U.S. Air Force Col. Charles Moore, 20th Fighter Wing Commander, said a few words at the ceremony before witnessing Team Shaw youth flip the big power switch lighting up Shaw's Christmas tree.
