Ground rule briefings for Phase II held at base theater Published April 25, 2011 20th Fighter Wing plans and inspections SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- 20th Fighter Wing plans and inspections will be conducting ground rules briefings next week to in preparation for the upcoming Phase II exercice. Below is the schedule for the briefings: April 26: 8, 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. April 27: 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. April 28: 1 and 5 p.m. Briefings will be held at the base theater. Members will need to scan in with their common access card.
