SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. --
The America's Kid's Run was held here May 14 at the Youth Sports Complex and was guided by the Shaw Youth Sports Director, Larry Stegall.

Ninety-five kids competed in the run, escorted by 20 parents.

The five and six-year olds ran a half-mile, the seven and eight-year olds ran one mile, and the nine to 12-year olds ran two miles.

Finishers were awarded with an "America's Kid's Run" t-shirt and the cheers of their proud parents.

The following are the top five finishers in each age category:
