As the 20th Fighter Wing is put to the test during this week's phase II operational readiness exercise, some Airmen work behind the scenes as members of the exercise evaluation team. The EET is responsible for aiding in the setup, supervision and grading of training scenarios.

Representatives from different units across the wing make up the EET, and provide specialized inputs to test their unit's ability to react and respond to various scenarios like ground or missile attacks.

Shaw performs routine exercises like this ORE throughout the year to ensure Airmen are ready for deployment.
