Tops in Blue performs for Sumter community

Herbert Ancog, members of Tops in Blue, perform the last act for the Sumter community at the Patriot Hall Auditorium Feb. 3. Tops in Blue, an ensemble made up of the most-talented Airmen in the force, entertains military and civilian audiences around the globe with music.
