New AF Reserve recruiter

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. --  Master Sgt. Veronica White is Shaw's new in-service recruiter and she is here to assist in those eligible to join the Air Force Reserve through the Palace Front and the Palace Chase Programs.

The Palace Front Program is used for those separating at the end of the enlistment and wishing to continue their career in the Reserve.

The Palace Chase Program is for those wishing to separate early.

She is able to work with prior service individuals from any service as well as non-prior service.

Some members separating active duty have plans to go to college and utilize their Montgomery GI Bill benefits. By joining the Reserve, they may be eligible for an additional $350 per month on top of the current GI Bill. This money along with their weekend drill pay could add up to more than $600 for only two days of work per month.
