Finance reopens in-person service
SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- The 20th Comptroller Squadron financial operations section will resume in-person service beginning Jan. 31.
The change aims to improve the rate at which customer financial problems are resolved and to increase the financial readiness of Team Shaw members.
“Being able to process issues in-person allows us to solve problems much quicker,” said Tech. Sgt. Marcedes Taylor, 20th CPTS financial operations supervisor. “The change allows us to do our jobs faster and give time back to the customer because we will be able to solve their issue then and there.”
Walk in hours are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9-11 a.m., and 1-3 p.m. The 20th CPTS Customer Services Portal will not be active between Jan. 31 to Feb. 14 to ensure full capabilities.
