SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- The 20th Fighter Wing hosts Multi-Capable Airmen Training (MCA) at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Oct. 16-20, 2023. The MCA training course was aimed at creating multi-capable Airmen competent in providing airpower in contested environments with limited resources, and challenged participants to master duties outside of their traditional roles.
