SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. -- Over the years, Halloween has evolved into a community-based event when adults and their children participate in friendly activities such as trick-or-treating in various costumes. Team Shaw brought their children out around base housing for trick-or-treating from 5 to 8 p.m.
