This week's Shaw Spotlight is Staff Sgt. Angela Wilson, 20th Logistics Readiness Squadron NCOIC personal property, from Philadelphia, Pa.

"I am truly blessed," said Wilson. "A lot of doors were opened here for me that never were open before."

Originally from a big city, Wilson said that the change from the city life to the calmer side actually made her grow more and see a different side of life experiences.

"The Airmen motivate me to be here through everything from exercises to deployments," Wilson added.

Wilson lives by the example that if she doesn't stand for something she'll fall for anything, which is the example she strives to portray for her Airmen, she continued.
