This week's Shaw Spotlight is Tech. Sgt. Patricia Bustamante, 20th Maintenance Operations Squadron NCOIC of training management and instructional systems design, from Lanett, Ala.

Bustamante is family oriented and spends majority of her off time with them.

"I love my family so much, they are the reasons I strive so hard to be the best that I can be," said Bustamante.

"Bustamante's main job function is to provide guidance and oversight of 32 maintenance training courses provided at the maintenance training flight," said Master Sgt. Don Meyers, 20th Maintenance Operations Squadron training management chief. "The success of the entire maintenance training process starts with this office. During the 2012 logistics compliance inspection, Bustamante was inspected and there were no discrepancies noted with any part of her responsibilities. The inspector recognized Bustamante's outstanding processes and coined her in front of her peers. This is significant because Bustamante's husband is currently deployed. She is balancing family, job, and fitness, and succeeding in all areas."
