Editor's note: The Shaw Spotlight Program is a program designed to honor Shaw's service members who exemplify the Core Values.

This week's Shaw Spotlight is Staff Sgt. Tiffany Hart, 20th Medical Support Squadron noncommissioned officer in charge of outpatient records, from Donalsonville, Ga.

"Sergeant Hart is one of the most dedicated NCOs I've ever worked with," said Nancy Martin, 20th Medical Support Squadron medical record administrator. "Her duty section has faced tremendous manning challenges over the past year, but Hart did not let that deter her while she conducted a medical records inventory of approximately 18,000 medical records."

She singlehandedly identified thousands of medical records that either belonged at other military training facilities or needed to be retired. She often completed this task during her off-duty time because her duty days were filled with participation in several operational readiness exercises where she had to oversee hundreds of medical records being made available to records' reviewers for predeployment screening."

Many times she worked the night shift on her own because we just didn't have the staff to cover 24 hour operations with more than one person."
