Editor's note: The Warrior of the Week Program is a program designed to honor Shaw's service members who exemplify the Core Values.

This week's Warrior of the Week is Airman 1st Class Jessica Tolar, 20th Equipment Maintenance Squadron aerospace-ground equipment flight member, from Crestview, Fla.
Her job currently entails being the alternate training monitor, unit deployment manager and safety representative.

"Tolar is a dedicated and hardworking Airman," said Senior Airman Dorothy Brown, 20th Equipment Maintenance Squadron AGE flight member. "As an Airman 1st Class she is filling a staff sergeant position. She conducts herself in an extremely professional manner, is always on top of all her tasks and meets challenges head-on. Tolar is not intimidated by the fact that she is the lead or alternate for multiple crucial programs such as training, mobility and foreign object debris. She is a huge asset to our flight and the Air Force. On top of all that, she is pursuing her Community College of the Air Force degree and volunteers every chance she gets. She is definitely a go-to Airman."

Tolar's favorite part of the job is that she gets to be around everyone.
