Editor's note: The Warrior of the Week Program is a program designed to honor Shaw's servicemembers who exemplify the Core Values.

This week's Warrior of the Week is Tech. Sgt. Terry Todachine, 20th Maintenance Operations Squadron maintainer ancillary and formal training, from Phoenix, Ariz.

"Todachine is considered by many to be the 'go-to guy' in not only his primary duties, but also pertaining to leadership and mentorship for his subordinates and peers," said Master Sgt. Stephen Trochett, 20th MOS first sergeant. "My first impression of Todachine when we were first introduced was 'This is one sharp NCO.' He is well-spoken, to the point and is very effective and efficient at communicating directions. He is often ahead of the game. He possesses foresight and the initiative to carry it through. He is an overall well-rounded NCO. Any unit would greatly benefit by having an NCO of his caliber. I'm certainly appreciative that he is a part of my squadron."

He is also a very dedicated manager and mentor, said Master Sgt. Lisa Youngblood, 20th MOS. He has trained all of our new training managers and even some of our older ones.
