Editor's note: The Warrior of the Week program recognizes outstanding Airmen here who exemplify the Air Force's Core Values.

This week's Warrior of the Week is Tech. Sgt. Christopher Davis, 20th Operational Support Squadron deputy airfield manager, from Albany, Ga.

He serves as the wing airfield driving program manager and is also responsible with assisting the airfield manager in supervising flightline operations and airfield maintenance activities.

"My favorite part of the job is just interacting with people and being able to help do my part as an NCO," he said.

"Sergeant Davis is an outstanding NCO who has limitless capabilities," said Master Sgt. Rashaun Fleming, 20th OSS airfield manager. "Last week, while conducting an airfield inspection, Sergeant Davis discovered a hole in the centerline portion of the primary runway. His expertise and expeditious coordination led to the quick repair by civil engineers, which mitigated any potential aircraft damage. Davis' efforts were seamless to the flying community and didn't have any effects on their daily operations. "
