Editor's note: The Warrior of the Week program recognizes outstanding Airmen here who exemplify the Air Force's Core Values.

This week's Warriors of the Week are Tech. Sgt. Dustin Hayden from Houston, Texas and Staff Sgt. Anthony Altomare from Lisbon, Ohio; both 20th Fighter Wing ground safety technicians.

Their responsibility is to manage and conduct safety programs and activities. They also analyze and evaluate the reasons behind mishaps to ensure they don't happen again.
Hayden and Altomare have worked as a team to make significant impacts affecting the safety of Team Shaw personnel, said Scott Eck, 20th FW ground safety manager. They arranged the annual motorcycle safety briefing for more than 200 Team Shaw riders.

Both played a key role in putting together the Alcohol Awareness Forum which highlighted the issues and consequences of impaired driving. Finally, they organized the Critical Days of Summer Safety Day kick-off. The event was praised by senior leadership and Team Shaw personnel alike.
