Congratulations to the following Shaw Airmen who were recognized as Diamond Sharp for the month of July.

Airman 1st Class Cheyenne Plaster, 20th Operations Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment apprentice.

Plaster was selected to be part of a team of four to build 36 flight harnesses from scratch. This task would typically take 6-8 weeks to accomplish yet the team did it in just over one week. Plaster has earned credibility as a junior Airman as a smart, fast-learner who is willing to go out of her way to make sure the job gets done.

In her off time, she recently volunteered with several students in a local school, mentoring and assisting the teacher in administering the end-of-school year tests. Plaster also co-lead the squadron bowling tournament. She coordinated with base agencies, scheduled, and ran the tournament which raised $350 for the squadron booster club.

The Laguna Hills, California native joined the Air Force in March 2013. She enjoys playing soccer, running and hanging out with friends.

Senior Airman Sean Harris, 31th Intelligence Squadron Detachment 1 geospatial intelligence analyst.

Harris stood out among his peers during the recent U.S. Air Forces Central surge. As part of a two-person team, his expertise was vital to the successful augmentation of Combined Air and Space Operations Center Imagery Support Element. Harris' efforts enabled CAOC's ISE to meet expanding theater taskings. Additionally, his work for third party requirements bolstered relations with key regional partners and secured his selection as performer of the month.

The Atlanta, Georgia native joined the Air Force in June 2010. In his spare time, he enjoys photography and editing, painting, and digital art.
