HAWC provides new physical training education

U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jonathan McBride, 20th Logistics Readiness Squadron NCO in charge of physical inventory, runs on the track at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., June 28, 2013. In the Air Force, it is required for Airmen to maintain physical fitness standards, which they are also tested on. As of July 1, if Airmen at Shaw do not meet the minimum standard, they will be offered classes such as Running 101 and Healthy Weight 101.
