Ri'Chard Crivens, 20th Contracting Squadron superintendent, with his retirement certificate for 25 years of active-duty service. Crivens served as the senior enlisted advisor to the squadron commander on the morale, welfare, discipline, fitness and effective utilization of assigned enlisted personnel.
