Meal deduction:do Airmen really need it?
The CMSgt. Emerson E. Williams Dining Facility provides the main source of food for dorm residents at Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Oct. 31, 2012. Those living in the dorms are automatically enrolled in a meal plan in which scheduled monthly deductions from their paychecks allow them to eat at the dining facility for free.
