Col. Jeffrey Brown Retirement

U.S. Air Force Col. Jeffrey Brown, U.S. Air Forces Central Chief of Staff, retires at the Carolina Skies Club and Conference Center, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Sept. 27, 2012. Brown earned his commission through Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp after graduating from Southeast Missouri State University.
