F-111E Dedication

Thomas Mitchell, U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt., 77th Aircraft Maintenance Unit crew chief retired (left), and Col. Lance Kildron, 20th Fighter Wing vice commander unveil the F-111E dedication stone, Sept. 12, 2012, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C. Kildron and the 20th Fighter Wing held a dedication ceremony, dedicating the F-111E to the men and women of the 20th Fighter Wing who flew and maintained the aircraft. The F-111E is a significant part of the 20th Fighter Wing’s history as it was first flown as a part of the wings arsenal in 1970.
