U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Ahl Raym Tolrio and Senior Airman Malcolm Stone, both assigned to the 823rd RED HORSE Squadron, sift asphalt as it being laid on Aiken Street, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., July 12, 2012. The 823rd RHS Airmen broke ground June 29 beginning a $363,000 project of repaving just over a mile of Shaw’s roadway.
