Pistol Tournament

SHAW AIR FORCE BASE, S.C. – U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Caitlyn A. Hocott, 20th Security Forces Squadron investigator and native of Gilbert Ariz., fires her pistol in a tournament at the Sumter Police Department, S.C., firing range on May 18, 2012. The tournament was one of the events during Police Week. The others were a golf tournament at Shaw Air Force Base, and a memorial service in downtown Sumter. National Police Week was proclaimed in 1962 by President John F. Kennedy to give recognition to the police officers who sacrifice daily to promote peace.
