Carolina Lakes Golf Course 9/11 Memorial Golf Tournament

The fire fighter boot placed at four holes symbolize the four aircraft involved in the 9/11 attacks. The tournament was held to honor the tenth anniversary of 9/11, signifying military support and involvement since Sept. 11, 2001 and the beginning of Operation Enduring Freedom.
