"Port Dogs" support 20 FW combat readiness around globe
U.S. Air Force Master Sgt. Scott Host, 20th Logistics Readiness Squadron NCOIC of small air terminal, prepositions the Tunner 60K loader to upload cargo to a C-5 Galaxy on the flight line, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., Aug. 19, 2011. Nine Airmen from the 20th LRS small air terminal worked to load up the C-5 Galaxy from Westover, Mass. with 68,000 pounds of aerospace ground equipment to support multiple F-16 Fighting Falcon flying missions around the globe. In the middle of that task, the same maintainers off-loaded the Boeing-737 personnel, their gear and luggage. The Boeing-737 was filled with Nellis Green Flag West 11-9 returning personnel from the 55th Fighter Squadron and the 20th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron. (U.S. Air Force photo by 1st Lt.
