HAWK BOD POD
U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Romaldo Vasquez, 20th Fighter Wing knowledge operations management, gets his body composition measured in the BOD POD at the Health and Wellness Center, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C. July 8, 2011. The BOD POD measures body fat percentage by using air displacement and it measures the metabolic rate. This is one of the many services the HAWC offers free to military ID cardholders.
