Historian Award

Art Sevigny, 20th FW historian, sits beside his Air Combat Command Excellence in History Programs Allen S. Major Award, Shaw Air Force Base, S.C., July 20, 2011. Sevigny was recognized by the ACC Commander Gen. William Fraser, as having a level of detail and analysis normally found after years of experience. He also completed his first-ever deployment as a historian to Balad Air Base, Iraq, where he revitalized a history program that suffered from eight months of neglect.
